Connector Improvement: TalkDesk Conversations API
Not plannedTalkdesk has a Conversations API which is unsupported by Fivetran at this time. The Key endpoint is the Retrieve All Interactions API, which allows a user to make an API call and retrieve the transcripts of all calls made in the last week.
By supporting this endpoint, Fivetran would be giving businesses the clarity into what kind of support calls are being made, which would help improve the platform. Supporting a 'call history' platform without supporting the ability to actually pull the conversations/transcripts from the platform seems like a huge miss, and leaves every business who would want to improve their platform with this data in a bind and needing to build their own connector for this data.
The inclusion of this endpoint alone would make the connector worth using
