Hello everyone!

I’d like to request the addition of the field called status_category in the Frontapp conversations table.

This field is needed to indicate whether a conversation is still open or has already been resolved, so it would be very helpful to have it.

After checking with Ruth from the Support team (who was super helpful on this ticket!), we found that using the endpoint below, we were able to see this field in the response payload:

https://api2.frontapp.com/conversations/<conversationId>
