Connector Improvement: Track deleted/nonactive columns at source.
AnsweredWe would like to request support to track the deletion of source columns formally.
Query: How can we find deleted/nonactive columns?
Example: If the table under replication has 10 columns, those 10 columns will also be on the destination table side. But if 1 column is deleted on the source, we will still have 10 columns on the destination table side. From the "Fivetran Platform" connector logs, how can we find these deleted/nonactive columns?Steps to test the above requirement:-

- Sync a source table with columns A, B,C
- Delete column B in the source
- Sync the table again
- Check the Fivetran Platform Connection (in the same group) to see if there is any record in any table that shows the deleted source column

Hi Rajkumar, thanks for the request. I believe this is the same as the request outlined here: https://support.fivetran.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/34496170530711-Connector-Improvement-CHANGE-EVENT-Capture-Deletion-Events
I'll use that one to respond
