Connector Improvement: Reddit Ads - Expand Custom Reports Capability / Add More Prebuilt Reports

Since the Reddit Ads API only allows users to specify a max of 3-4 breakdowns, it makes sense to have prebuilt reports based on different combinations of breakdowns. However, there are many other critical breakdowns that users should have the flexibility of viewing data by, apart from the ones already used - the list of possible breakdowns are listed here for reference: https://ads-api.reddit.com/docs/v3/operations/Get%20A%20Report

 

For our specific use case, we need the breakdowns as (campaign_id, os_type, date) - an additional prebuilt report with this specification would meet our needs for this connector, however for extensibility it could make sense to expand the flexibility of custom report definitions. Currently, I don't see an ability to specify the available breakdowns in the custom reports.

    Luke from the Product team here. Thanks for flagging this. 

    We have a task in our backlog to support the complete list of reporting breakdowns for version 3 of the Reddit Ads API. We've received several similar requests, so we've marked this as a high priority.

    I'll provide an update once we begin development and have a more specific timeline, but we aim to start work on this within the next month.
