Hi Sundar,
I'm pleased to confirm that the requested feature has been available since the specified date.
The fields CustomerEmailMarketingConsentState.sourceLocation and CustomerSmsMarketingConsentState.sourceLocation have been deprecated (docs) and replaced by defaultPhoneNumber.sourceLocation and defaultEmailAddress.sourceLocation, which are now supported.
