Connector Improvement: Add Looker dashboard.created_at

Currently there is no "created_at" column on the "dashboard" table for the Looker Source. I can see that this info is returned by the API so I think it's possible to get this into the connector.

Would it be possible to add a "created_at" column? That would help us evaluate how users are behaving in Looker, e.g. to know what new dashboards are coming online and how they're being adopted.
