    Hi Padrig,

    Thank you for submitting your suggestion! Just to confirm, are you planning to use the Omnichannel API’s to build a “who worked on this ticket and when” timeline to measure agent productivity, or is this for a different use case that the current ticket audit tables don’t solve or make too complex?
