Connector Improvement: Feature Request: Include Job Function Code and Applicant Data in ADP Connector

I'd like to submit a feature request for the ADP connector that would greatly enhance our data integration and analytics capabilities.

Request Details:

  1. Job Function Code
    Please consider adding the Job Function Code field to the Workers table. This field is important for us to better categorize and analyze employee roles across the organization.

  2. Applicant Data
    We would also like the connector to support syncing Applicant-related data from ADP, ideally in a dedicated Applicants table (or tables, as needed). This would include relevant fields such as:

    • Applicant Name

    • Application Date

    • Job Requisition ID / Job Posting

    • Status (e.g., interview stage, offer made, hired)

    • Source (e.g., referral, job board)

    • Any other metadata available via ADP's API

Adding this data would allow us to build a more complete picture of our hiring pipeline and workforce planning.

Impact:
This enhancement would allow us to consolidate recruiting and HR data into a single source of truth within our data warehouse and enable better reporting on hiring funnels, diversity metrics, and organizational structure.

    We'd like to upvote adding the Job Function Code field to the Workers table. This field is also important for us to categorize roles across the organization. More specifically, it will help us differentiate between Regular and Temporary roles to be able to generate accurate staff retention rates. We have previously relied on alternative fields, but those are connected to employee benefits.

    Thank you for your feature request regarding the ADP connector. The Job Function Code is supported starting January 2026. For the Applicant data, could you provide any available API links relevant to this data? We could only find this in the ADP Workforce Now portal.

    Additionally, could you clarify the specific analytical goal you have in mind for this enhancement?
