Connector Improvement: Adobe Commerce Orders Table

Hi, 

Loving Fivetran for what it gives us, one issue we are needing is the customer_email column found in the orders table. Found in their API docs here - https://developer.adobe.com/commerce/webapi/reference/rest/paas/

I know there is a workaround with customers table to join on, however for guest checkout, there are no customer_id to join on to get email, resulting in a 60% loss of guest checkout information.

    Thank you for bringing this improvement to our attention. We recognize the importance of this field for your use case, and we will prioritize its addition accordingly.

    In the meantime, have you encountered any other challenges related to Guest Users, aside from the customer_email field?

    We’d also love to hear if there are additional use cases involving Guest Users that may have been overlooked. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve the experience.
