Connector Improvement: Add new endpoint data to the nice connector

I'm currently integrating NICE CXone using Fivetran's default connector (nice_cxone) and noticed that the externalIdentity field is not being populated when retrieving agent data. After checking with Will from the support team, we confirmed that the standard /agents endpoint used by the connector does not include this field.

I’d like to request support for the /agents/extended endpoint: https://developer.niceincontact.com/API/AdminAPI/Agents/get-agents-extended Specifically, we’d like to retrieve the externalIdentity field that is available via this endpoint but currently missing from the data sync.

This enhancement would help ensure more complete agent data is available for downstream use cases.

    Hi Lekhya,

    Thank you for raising this Feature Request for Nice connector.

    We’re happy to share that this enhancement has been developed and is currently in private release. The 'externalIdentifier' field is now available via the new AGENT_EXTENDED table, introduced as part of this release.

    This update also includes the following additional tables:

    • AGENT_EXTENDED (contains externalIdentifier)
    • INTERACTION_ANALYTICS_SEGMENT (Parent table)
      • INTERACTION_ANALYTICS_SEGMENT_ENLIGHTEN_METRICS (Child)
      • INTERACTION_ANALYTICS_SEGMENT_CHANNEL (Child)
      • INTERACTION_ANALYTICS_SEGMENT_ENTITIES (Child)

    If INTERACTION_ANALYTICS_SEGMENT and its children are not part of your use case, you can deselect it.

    This feature is currently available under private release. If you’d like early access, please reach out to our Support team, and they’ll be happy to assist in enabling it for your connector.
