Connector Improvement: Greenhouse Connector: Add recruiter column to the application table.

As per ERD, the Greenhouse connector candidate table has the recruiter column, but the application recruiter column is missing.

    We have this field available, along with some new tables. It is under rollout. We can add the customer connection to make this available early.

    Greenhouse support confirmed that:

    - The recruiter assigned to an application is available via their public API (application.recruiter).
    - This field is not included in the current FiveTran-supported schema.
    - Any schema changes must be handled by FiveTran directly.

    Please prioritise adding the application recruiter from the API to the supported schema?
