Connector Improvement: Add reactions object from the /discussions endpoint to Higher Logic Vanilla connector

There is a reactions object returned from both the /discussions and /comments endpoints that describes which reactions have been applied to which discussions or comments. Currently, the reactions object from the /comments endpoint is being extracted to the comment_reaction table. For some reason the reactions object from the /discussions endpoint is not being stored at all. Without this table we are unable to determine what discussions have received reactions within the platform.
