Connector Improvement: Add support for survey endpoint to BigMarker connector
AnsweredAt Squarespace we migrated from ON24 to BigMarker and rely heavily on post-event survey data to track CSAT and improve our webinars.
Unfortunately, the BigMarker connector doesn’t ingest responses from the /api/v1/conferences/survey/:conference_id endpoint, which BigMarker does support via API.
This data is essential for our analytics dashboards in BigQuery and Looker and is actively used across our Product Marketing, Customer Support, and Analytics teams. Without it, we lose critical visibility into webinar experience and satisfaction.
We ask that this endpoint be added to the connector to bring feature parity with ON24 and enable proper reporting.
