Connector Improvement: Harvest connector - add "capture deletes" feature

Harvest connector doesn't capture deletes. Deleted records in Harvest are not reflected in the data warehouse and as a result, the reporting and analysis based on Harvest data becomes inaccurate, containing records that no longer exist in the source system.

The only workaround here is to run Historic resync, this triggers review of all tables and deleted records are marked as deleted after. However this is a manual task and not reliable in a long term.
