Connector Improvement: okta connector: group_member incremental sync

The User and Group tables use incremental sync, but Group_Member does not. Can you add incremental sync for Group_Member? It's larger than either User or Group, and most often both.

    Hi Matthew,

    GROUP_MEMBER table does support incremental sync and on weekly basis we do full re-import to capture deletes.

    It is child of GROUP table which is incremental and GROUP_MEMBER follows the same sync pattern.
