Connector Improvement: Add Ad-Hoc Surveys to Medallia Connector

Medallia requires the includeAdHoc: true parameter in the GraphQL query to explicitly include AdHoc survey responses. Without this, the Query API excludes AdHoc programs by default—even if Fivetran has the right permissions. Please update this connector to include ad-hoc surveys.
