Connector Improvement: Add the cost_rate field to the people table

GET https://api.float.com/v3/people will return a field named cost_rate, however this field has not been included in the output of the people table in the Fivetran Float connector. It's a fairly fundamental data point for a project management tool, so not sure why it was left out of the Fivetran connector.
