Connector Improvement: Connector Improvement: Extend Facebook ads and Facebook Pages to sync the 'Messaging metrics and reports'
Answered1. Please extend the Facebook Pages connector to pull these Page Insights metrics (period=day): • page_messages_total_messaging_connections
• page_messages_new_conversations_unique
• page_messages_blocked_conversations_unique
• page_messages_reported_conversations_unique
• page_messages_feedback_by_action_unique
Endpoint pattern: /{page_id}/insights?metric=&period=day&since=&until=
2. Please extend the Facebook Ads connector (Ads Insights) to include Messaging Ads metrics:
• messaging_conversation_started
• cost_per_messaging_conversation_started
• new_messaging_contacts • messaging_replies
• cost_per_messaging_reply • (if available) cost_per_new_messaging_contact
Recommended call: Level = ad (or campaign if easier), time_increment=1 (daily). Include account_id, campaign_id, adset_id, ad_id, and spend so that the customer can reconcile costs.

Hi Suwapat and Akhila,
Luke from the Product team here. Thank you for submitting this request!
Glad to hear everything is great. We'd love to help you complete your migration.
I checked Facebook's Ad Insights documentation, and I don't see any of the metrics you listed mentioned in the docs. I also requested those fields via the API, and I received an error message. Looking at Supermetric's documentation for their Facebook Ads connector, it looks like these metrics are all either not listed or listed as "deprecated":

If you think this is incorrect and the metrics are still available, are you aware of any documentation that we can refer to to understand how to retrieve this data from Facebook?
Similar issue for the Pages metrics. None of those are listed in the Pages Insights documentation: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/graph-api/reference/v23.0/insights. However, they're not marked as deprecated by Supermetrics. I see a mention of a "breakdown for marketing messages metrics" in Facebook's page insights docs. It is listed as "currently in development," but I'll see if we can get a successful response for that one.
Any additional insights/info you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Luke -
Everything is great, but we want to migrate from Supermatric, so some of the Connector metrics are not comprehensive. Unfortunately, we have been testing it for many years, and our users in Thailand love your system, but you have not developed the necessary metrics from us. Hopefully, we will have good news soon to complete it in the Social media report section.
