Connector Improvement: Databricks Liquid Clustering please

We in Dyson are expecting to migrate from BigQuery to Databricks delta lake, and one of the most important feature that we must have is Liquid Clustering to allow better performance compared to BigQuery. It’s a must have and if Fivetran doesn’t support it by September 2025, I’m afraid we’re gonna remove significant chunk of data ingestion pipelines out from Fivetran into alternative that provides Liquid Clustering.

    Hi Ainun,

    I’m pleased to announce that Liquid Clustering is now available with Fivetran. You can enable it by setting the cluster keys directly in Databricks.

    Hi Ainun,

    Thank you for your suggestions to enhance Fivetran destinations. This particular feature is something we're actively considering for a future release, although we don’t have a confirmed timeline just yet.
