Dashboard Improvement: HVR Portal - Refresh Events - Search Filter/Export option
AnsweredHi Team, this time I would like to ask you to make HVR Portal UI to have a "Search" field when you ran a Refresh job. I mean, in the moment you want to review the Event (click on the elipsis and select "Go to Event") it will be nice that you can include a Search field in there that we can use to look for a particular schema/table/row of our interest, otherwise it's difficult to look for it as combination keys (Ctrl+F) doesn't search in the entire scroll this event page can have.
At the same time, a good feature will help a lot when we need to compare different Refresh job results can be if we can export the results into a comma or tab separated file, that we can later on open and pic columns as we want. This will work when we want to make rows/time comparison between previous job executions.
Kindly let me know if this is something you can address in the next patch version of v6.2.0
Thanks!
Max

Hi Max,
Thank you for submitting your suggestions.
I agree that a search box when looking for events would be useful. Let me put that on the backlog. However, I am pessimistic that we will get to this soon.
Regarding a history of refresh results: did you know that the most recent refresh results are visible on the table view? Do you have a requirement to regularly refresh tables?
Thanks,
Mark. -
Hi Mark, thanks for your reply.
About first part, I would like to have a "Search" field inside the landing page when you click on "Go to Event". When you click on this, you get the table list view, but in this page is difficult to search specific table, as Ctrl+F (search) is not doing search in the whole big list of tables this Refresh event can have.About the second part, the idea is to have an export button that can help us to download the table view in a comma separated file, that we can use to compare same list of tables from another previous Refresh job that we ran in the past.
