Connector Improvement: Fivetran Transition: Freshdesk

We are beginning to look at transitioning our current custom ingestion process to FiveTran for FreshDesk connector. While mapping out the columns Fivetran currently offers, we noticed that there were some columns that we have in our current ingestion from API which are not yet available within the FiveTran process. Would it be possible to add the following missing fields and table to the FreshDesk Connector? All the fields mentioned are available in the corresponding API endpoints. These are the fields that are being used by our Business for their reporting needs.
