I'd like to understand the issue a bit more. Could you elaborate on "the last_modified_time field in campaign_history isn't always consistent"? 

We'd like to avoid adding the campaign name to the report table because it is duplicative if there is a reliable join. I'm also not sure whether it is possible to get the campaign name for the specific dateRange of a row in the report.

I'm going to confirm with our engineering team, but based on the docs it looks like we use pivot.value=campaign to request results broken down by campaign. When using this parameter, the API only returns the URN of each campaign, not the full metadata about the campaign. Even if we made a second call to get the campaign metadata during the sync, we’d only be able to retrieve the current campaign name, not the campaign name during the dateRange of the record in the report table.
