Connector Improvement: Support for the increase of the Lookback period for the Sage intacct connector

I’m reaching out regarding a request from our customer, Mosaic, who is experiencing ongoing issues with data syncing for the Sage Intacct connector.
The customer has observed that the automatic lookback period of 1,825 days (5 years) is not sufficient to resolve long-standing data discrepancies. They have found that manually triggering syncs does resolve the issue, but this approach is not sustainable in the long term.
Mosaic has expressed that unless the lookback period is increased, they will be required to manually trigger syncs multiple times per week across all their connections, which is not scalable.
Could we explore the possibility of extending the lookback period for this connector to better accommodate their use case?
