Connector Improvement: Add support for sparse columns in High-Volume Agent SQL Server

The connector for High-Volume Agent SQL Server currently runs into errors when syncing data from tables with sparse columns. According to Fivetran support, "If sparse columns is enabled, it will change the format of the logs for that table, and sync will have issues reading from the logs." Our company has a third-party application with sparse columns in the database, and we need to be able to synchronize that data without altering the vendor's database.
