Connector Improvement: Fields added to Freshservice connector
Completed. The columns in yellow were exported from our Freshservice portal but are not available in the conector:
- First Response Time (In Hrs)
- First Response Status
- Resolution Time (In Hrs)
- Resolution Status

Hi James,
The fields you need are available in the ticket table as `stats_closed_at`, `stats_first_responded_at`, and `stats_resolved_at`. You can calculate the desired metrics from these fields. For more details, please refer to our release notes. If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out.
