Other: Add direct integration to Slack and PagerDuty

Hi, 

We already have the current notifications on Slack via email, according to the documentation.

But this solution has some delays, and also very complicated to track when we have many notifications.

A direct integration with PagerDuty and Slack would be a great improvement. It would be very helpful if this system could also automatically mark an alert as 'resolved' once the issue is fixed, as this would make our workflow much more efficient.
