Connector Improvement: Genesys Connector: Support for syncing all the data for the Survey endpoints

Hi Team,

I have a customer, Kainga_Ora_2 who wants the support of syncing all records for the survey endpoints. 

Please refer to the two points below.

  • They need support for the rollback period of the survey, 90 days, as the surveys expire after 90 days. If the customer opened the survey but did not submit it before it expired, the survey result will be marked as Abandon. If the customer did not open the survey and it expired, the survey status will be Expire. In this way the data will not be captured accurately for the connector. 
  • Find the alternative API that gives accurate data of survey data.
