Currently, alert rule name comes across in SNMP trap, but it does come if I chose notification method as email. It is best if all notification methods send the same info, so we can switch between methods without the need for deep testing.

Please add alert rule name to email alerts.

    Apologies for the delayed response.

    I agree that the alert message should be identical - provided realistic - between all methods. Let me add this to the backlog for the engineering team to work on.
