Connector Improvement: Ability to Deselect ALERT_RESPONDER Table from OpsGenie Connector
CompletedWe’d like the ability to deselect the ALERT_RESPONDER table from the OpsGenie schema in our Fivetran connector.
This table is currently marked as non-optional, but in our case, we do not need its data. It adds unnecessary volume and complexity to our syncs. We understand this may be due to underlying schema dependencies or integrity constraints, but having the flexibility to opt out of syncing this table—especially if we're not using it—would help us streamline our data pipeline and reduce storage costs.
Impact:
-
Reduces unnecessary data ingestion
-
Improves pipeline efficiency
-
Lowers storage usage and costs
-
Enables better control over schema management
Request:
Please consider enabling an override or introducing more flexibility in schema selection for tables like ALERT_RESPONDER, especially for teams that do not rely on them in their analytics workflows.
Happy to provide more context or join a discussion if needed. Thanks for considering this request!
