Destination Improvement: Full Resync override _fivetran_synced even if nothing changed in row

When we do a full resync or when connector automatically do a full resync of a table, the field _fivetran_synced are updated even if nothing is update in row during the full load.

    Thank you for your feature request. After thorough consideration, we have determined that this proposal does not align with our current product development framework. The field _fivetran_synced indicates sync timing, not data changes. We recommend  History Mode to see when a row last changed.
