Connector Improvement: HiBob Human Readable data in employee_work_history table

Hello team,

We are using the Hibob connector to ingest data daily. We have noticed, that the data comes in in a non-human readable form. For example, in table employee_work_history, the column custom_columns only contains the backend IDs e.g. 1666178477233.

When contacting HiBob support, they let us know that there is a flag(humanReadable) in the Hibob API which returns data in human readable format. See https://apidocs.hibob.com/reference/post_people-search.

Would it be possible for this feature to be added?
