Connector Improvement: Support for Zoho CRM Japan Region (accounts.zoho.jp / zohoapis.jp)
AnsweredWe would like Fivetran to support the Zoho CRM Japan region (accounts.zoho.jp / zohoapis.jp) as a connector endpoint.
Our organization uses Zoho CRM hosted in the Japan data center due to compliance with Japanese regulations.
Since the current Fivetran Zoho CRM connector only supports US, EU, IN, AU, and CN regions, we are unable to use Fivetran to ingest our CRM data into BigQuery.
Adding support for the Japan Zoho domain would enable businesses operating in Japan to use Fivetran for centralized analytics without compromising regulatory compliance.
We kindly request that this region be added to the supported endpoints of the Zoho CRM connector.

Supporting the Zoho CRM Japan region is a priority for us. We understand how critical this is for organizations like yours that need to maintain compliance with Japanese data residency requirements.

I would like to kindly ask if there is any update regarding the support for the Zoho CRM Japan region (accounts.zoho.jp / zohoapis.jp).
Many organizations in Japan, including ours, are required to use the Japan data center for regulatory compliance. Without this support, we are unable to leverage Fivetran for centralized analytics, which makes it difficult to adopt Fivetran as a standard solution.
Could you please share if this request is under review, planned, or if there is any expected timeline for implementation?
