Connector Improvement: Option to set History mode by default

What: We want to be able to set the default to history mode in the Cloud SQL connector we create using Terraform. We want to be able to opt out specific tables as needed
Why: Currently we are having to set it explicitly for every table in Terraform. It will be way simpler for us if we can set the default to history mode

Hi Siva,
I can definitely see this pain. When you are defaulting it to on, how many tables are you opting out of? For example, out of X tables, Y are disabled.
How would you ideally like this to be implemented?
