Connector Improvement: missing escalation_rule_order field from pagerduty connector

We want to request the field escalation_rule_order for the pagerduty connector as it would be a critical indicator for us
Service - Escalation Policy -* Escalation Rule - Schedule
Escalation Rules are definitely ordered (you can drag them around on the PD UI) but that ordering is not present in the Fivetran data -> There is a missing escalation_rule_order field
