Connector Improvement: Mailchimp - use "since" parameter when fetching campaign_recipient_activity

I have been discussing with the support team how to improve the speed of our Mailchimp connector and have been able to determine that it is the syncing of the "campaign_recipient_activity" table from the /reports/{campaign_id}/email-activity that is causing the issue.

It looks like the entire activity history of a campaign is being re-fetched even if there was only 1 new activity. We have 7000 campaigns over 10 years, which means each sync takes multiple days to complete but results in very little new data.

I believe this could be greatly improved by using the "since" parameter.
