Connector Improvement: Ceridian: Allow connector to capture report contents

Currently the Ceridian connector can only capture the metadata associated with reports, and there is no way to get to the contents of a report itself. This limits the value of Fivetran in this case, as reports are a useful way to get to historical data (e.g. past work assignments).

This endpoint allows for the capture of report contents: https://developers.dayforce.com/Build/API-Explorer/Reporting/GET-Reports.aspx

Note there are two sets of Report related endpoints in Ceridian: Reports and Data & Analytics (latter is used today in Fivetran).
