Other: HVR Disable MAR generation when not using consumption based pricing.

We are not using consumption based pricing and i would like to disable this option as it is causing unnecessary reads and writes on our system and potentially could have negative effect on our integration cycle performance.

    Hi Zahid,

    We will have an environment variable in upcoming 6.1.0/80, 6.2.0/18 and 6.2.5/8 to disable the algorithm for consumption-based pricing that runs on the hub.
