Connector Improvement: Google Campaign Manager 360 - Configurable rollback sync window
Answered[Re-opening an older feature request]
Orginal feature request
For the Google_campaign_manager connector a rollback sync is performed each day, but it is not (as with other connectors) yet possible to increase the length of this rollback sync. Could you please add this feature? Because of this, there is a discrepancy in the costs stemming from our fivetran campaign_manager connector and the dv360 UI.
Feature as explained by your documentation:
Rollback sync link
A rollback sync is a sync that automatically starts once a day. Rollback syncs capture the changes that happen outside of the incremental sync time frame. You can choose the length of a rollback sync using the Conversion Window Size parameter in the connector setup form. The default window size is 30 days.
The rollback window for our Google Campaign Manager 360 connector is 30 days for Display & Video 360 report metrics and 7 days for other entities.
Google's documentation was updated, stating "Campaign Manager 360 continues to add data within 30 days" instead of 7 days initially.
Moreover, 30 days is the default conversion window (number of days after which a conversion can be attributed to a past campaign), but this setting can be increased to up to 90 days as per this official Campaign Manager 360 documentation.
Lastly, Campaign Manager 360 is used for impression, click and conversion measurement accros multiple platforms on top of Display & Video 360 (Search Ads 360, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.), therefore having a different rollback windows for Display & Video 360 report metrics does not seem necessary, or it would also make sense to add a third conversion window for Search Ads 360 report metrics.
In the end, please let us configure the rollback window(s) up to 90 days in this connector.
Thank you,

Official comment
Hi Florian,
Thanks for bringing this back up. As I posted on the older feature request, we're planning to add this feature soon.
To avoid duplicating messages, I'm going to post further updates on this feature on the original feature request. I'll mark this one as answered.
Cheers,
Luke
