Connector Improvement: Stripe History table for subscirption items

The Stripe data model has changed and it allows different subscription items to start and end at different times. The subscription_item table is not a history table, and now that start and end periods work at the item level, it would be good to have the option of a history table for item too.
Even at low sync frequencies, without a history table it means changes to subscription items could be lost. If anything it seems this is more important than history at the subscription level now.

Thank you for your feature request regarding the Stripe History table for subscription items. Currently, this feature is not on our roadmap, primarily due to the limitation that Stripe does not send events at subscription item level. We are actively exploring ways to enable this functionality for users.
