This sounds like a perfect use case for Census, which just joined the Fivetran family. We provide reverse ETL, and already support Snowflake as a source and Anaplan as a destination.
Can you describe your use case a bit more? Specifically,
- What are you trying to do in Anaplan?
- From a technical perspective, what objects do you want to sync to in Anaplan?
- How do you plan on identifying those records?
- What kind of sync behaviour are you looking for?
