Connector Improvement: Delete data in XACTLY is not marked deleted in Snowflake

As per fivetran support :
As outlined in our Xactly documentation, we currently only capture deletes for the commission_summary and quota_summary tables. This means it is expected behaviour that deletes in the commission table are not captured. To reflect deleted data in this table, you would need to trigger a table re-sync.
