Connector Improvement: Add EEO and Employee fields to HiBob connector

Pleas add data within categories: EEO, Compensation band, Compa-ratio and range positioning.
Especially, following columns:
- eeo.jobCategory
- employee.band_max_ote, employee.band_mid_ote, employee.band_min_ote
- employee.band_compaRatio_ote
