Connector Improvement: need addtl fields synced from Ticket object of Intercom

Hey there, while I'm able to use the state field of the Intercom ticket object, I need the user-defined ticket states (see screenshots for details) that can be retrieved via the Intercom API. Do we have plans to sync them in the future? Thanks!

    Thank you for the input regarding the syncing of user-defined ticket states from the Intercom API. 

    It has been added to our backlog and we will prioritize it based on demand and the needs of our broader user community. Rest assured, we will keep you updated on any future developments regarding this feature.
