Connector Improvement: customer.io: Add human interaction metrics to messages
AnsweredCustomer.io provides "human opened" and "human clicked" metrics for messages via their API: https://docs.customer.io/journeys/analytics/#delivery-metrics. These metrics allow customers to exclude bot activity from their reporting, which is critical for this data to be useful. Please add these fields to the customer.io connector!

Thank you for raising this feature request. This looks to be a valuable addition to MESSAGE Data. Based on the docs, it has been recently made available from April 20th'2025 from customer.io .
We will look into adding these fields and update you here.
