Connector Improvement: SponsoredAds - Add Campaign Name and Adgroup Name to SB_PURCHASED_PRODUCT

Currently, We are having an issue for SponsoredAds connector (sb_purchased_product) where few records are having campaign_id and adgroup_id as NULL due to which we are missing out on metrics. On making API call for sample profileId - 1554679467198519, we observed these records are having valid campaign and adgroup Names. These campaign and adgroup names are available in sb_campaign_history and sb_ad_group_history with valid campaign_id and adgroup_id. So, if these fields are made available in sb_purchased_product we can join corresponding history table to pick campaign_id and adgroup_id.
