Other: Add ability to send operational e-mails to Slack

Currently, we can receive connector, transformation, and account related e-mails sent to our Slack e-mail "user". We would like to receive operational e-mails, for example the recent e-mail with subject "Salesforce Connector Currency Field Update", in Slack as well.
