    Thank you for reaching out with your suggestion regarding the extraction of workforce management data from the Genesys Cloud connector. We genuinely appreciate your input and are committed to enhancing our services to meet the needs of our users.

    I am pleased to inform you that we have already planned the development of this feature to include historical workforce management data alongside the existing Agent information. Our team is actively working on this update to ensure it integrates seamlessly with your current data extraction processes.

    We anticipate that this feature will be available by the end of the next quarter. We will keep you posted on any updates or changes to this timeline.
