Fetching historical changes for the table ad_group_bidding_strategy_history in the Google Ads connector is not on our roadmap at this time. We are limited by Google Ads, which doesn't provide a mechanism for capturing changes for this resource type. We use Google's Change Status service to capture historical changes for the other resources that support history in our schema. You can see the list of resources covered by this service here: https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/change-status. 

We'll continue to monitor for new resources added to this service, and if ad_group_bidding_strategy is added, then we'll add this request to our backlog.
