Connector Improvement: Ramp Lite Connector also syncs the Bills table

Hello,

We recently started using the Ramp Lite Connector but unfortunately it does not sync the Bills table (ramp api docs: https://docs.ramp.com/developer-api/v1/api/bills). It would be super helpful if the connector supported this as it does for other existing tables like Transactions.
