Connector Improvement: Support for GiftCardTransaction endpoint for Shopify connector

Hi Team,

I have a customer, Allbirds, who wants to have the support for the GiftCardTransaction on the GiftCard object via their Graphql Admin API for the Shopify connector.

    Thank you for the request.

    Support for the GiftCardTransaction object via the GraphQL API is a great suggestion. We've added this to our backlog and will evaluate it for prioritization, especially given the interest from Allbirds.
